HENU Participates in the National Day 66 Anniversary Reception of Henan Provincial Government

On Sept 29th, the People’s Government of Henan Province held the National Day 66 Anniversary Reception for the founding of the People’s Republic of China at the Yellow River Yingbin Hotel in Zhengzhou. Governor XIE Fuzhan attended the reception and delivered a speech. HENU executive vice president ZHAO Guoxiang, HENU dean of School of Foreign Languages GAO Jihai and some foreign experts were invited in the event. 

XIE Fuzhan extended holiday greetings to people of Henan Province, liberation army officers and police officers in Henan Province, extended cordial greetings to our compatriots in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, compatriots in the Macao Special Administrative Region, compatriots in Taiwan and overseas Chinese representatives, and extended sincere gratitude to international friends, foreign experts and foreign guests who have been caring and supporting economic and social development of Heann Province for a long time.

HENU German expert Makram EL-SHAGI, American expert Kevin SPRAGUE, and Prof. Ronald BRIGGS and his wife from University of Texas at Arlington who are the winners of 2013 annual “the Yellow River Friendship Award” and other 5 foreign experts were invited to attend the reception.
